Research

Our photopheresis unit prides itself on having an excellent extensive research programme. We may therefore request consent from our patients to participate in research and allow extra blood samples to be taken for research purposes.

If any samples are required from you, you will be visited by Mr Robert Whittle the photopheresis research scientist, who will give you a full explanation and ask you to sign a consent form.
